If you prefer, AFTER you press the Submit button, mail your membership dues check for $25.00 (or $32.50 if you want Past Times mailed to you) made payable to MSOG, Inc., along with a print copy of this form to the State Membership Director, MSOG, Inc., 505 Mendon Road, Whittinsville MA 01588.
